Three flour tortillas with our island-spiced haddock, pineapple, lettuce, tomatoes and carrots. Finished with jalapeño-lime aioli.

Mixed greens, carrots and beets tossed in kiwi-citrus vinaigrette and topped with pineapples, blueberries, strawberries, cashews and goat cheese.

Island-spiced grilled chicken breast, pineapples, blueberries, strawberries, sugar snap peas and carrots on a bed of quinoa. Finished with goat cheese, avocado and a drizzle of kiwi-citrus vinaigrette.

Adults and youth (ages 13 and older) need an average of 2,000 Cals a day, and children (ages 4 to 12) need an average of 1,500 calories a day.  However, individual needs may vary.
